Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the NoteMe iOS application ("the App") operated by Mecit Mehmetoğlu ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

2. Subscriptions

NoteMe offers auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features.

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• No refunds are provided for the unused portion of any subscription period.

3. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will be specified at the time of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or sell any part of the App without our express written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mecit Mehmetoğlu. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
